I've been to multiple treatment centers and this one hangs with the best of then. Treatment is what you make it. No treatment center is perfect and will fix or 'cure' anyone. With that said, the staff is very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Although they are in the middle of renovations, I had an overall comfortable stay. I felt more involved in my treatment plan here than I have at other treatment centers. I developed bonds with my fellow patients, which made the detox and transition to early recovery a lot easier. There are NA and AA meetings here. No smoking, electronics or caffeine is allowed. Medicated detoxification is offered here. I was never itching to leave because I was having a bad expirience. Honestly, I was actually bummed during my discharge because I wanted to stay longer.

It's a program for addiction not a 4 star hotel. Get used to being uncomfortable while you go through detox and recovery. Take what you can get out of it and he be greatful. I had a great therapist that provided resources when I need more than just drug addiction help. Overall, the outpatient program was great. Classes always started on time and were mostly engaging. But don't kid yourself, the road to recovery is NOT rainbows and unicorns. Be grateful.

Have tried for 3 days to get admission for my loved one and continue to be told wait, call back, we will call you and not so much as a return call. How is this supposedly urgent ?

We dropped off my wife's brother here yesterday, after reading these reviews last night I couldn't sleep all night worrying about his care. He's in pretty bad shape and will need to be payed attention to and be kept as comfortable as possible, I know having gone through similar withdrawals.
This is possibly the hardest thing a person has to go through, if you haven't done it you haven't the slightest idea what the misery is like.
I'm praying he gets the best they have to offer.
Picked him up after a couple weeks and he's a changed man, looks great, sounds great, said the food was excellent and the care was very good. Now it's up to him but he's got a fresh clean & sober start to a normal life again.

I had a severe withdrawal period due to my dumb doctor cutting me off of xanax cold turkey which I had been on every night for 2 years. I did not sleep for a full month and had no idea what was happening until I decided to go home because I couldn't take it anymore. I did a little research and found out it had to do with me stopping xanax. The next day I took a lyft to maple grove which my dumb primary care doctor suggested. These people and their "protocol" are very ignorant and ridiculous. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. They straight up lied when I asked if the pills they gave me were addictive or had any consequences. Right now I don't have an alternative so these pills are my best bet, however I do not have an addictive personality and I simply wanted the doctors to work with me with respect and logic instead of "protocol". I had questions that they chose not to answer. They did not give me the time of day. I went here for outpatient and don't believe I received the help I deserved because of how they act with patients. I am an adult and they treated me like a child.
