Definitely nothing on this property or any of the vehicles are cleaned and sanitized as stated online. Every car that I looked at available to rent was smoked in, reaking of some BO scent and really dirty. Most of the cars were beat up just like the one that I rented, see pictures. My rental was so damaged all over and inside I couldn't believe they still kept it. Paint cans leaked all over and even got inside. Inside the building was just as filthy. Pretty irritating when you rent a vehicle for a week and have to take it home and give it a full interior cleaning. I basically paid them a days rental so that I could clean their car for them. This location should be shut down or management should be fired. Do not rent from this location. Go somewhere else.
I helped my son get a rental car due to the problems with Kia motors and his car was going to be in the shop for awhile. Unfortunately I had to wait several days to get a vehicle due to high demand. Brittney and the other gentleman whose name I forgot to get at Hertz were fantastic. The rental process was great except for me deciding to switch cards in mid transaction. Which through the system off, but other than that we were in and out quickly.
Do not rent a vehicle from this location. My rental agreement was done through an insurance claim so they were already paid for the vehicle. Once the claim ended I returned the vehicle to the repair shop which a hertz employee told me I could do months ago where I gave the keys to the owner… yet I still receive calls and text that I never returned the vehicle. They are also harassing my friend/emergency contact about this RETURNED vehicle. The owner of the repair shop said a hertz worker already picked up the vehicle December 14 yet the company continues to call the repair shop as well as if they never did. I called this Hertz location where I got the rental from and the woman said she would talk to her boss, look into it and then call me back… which she never did... that was 3 weeks ago! These people have tried to take multiple payments from my bank account. Luckily my bank took it as fraud and closed my account. Do not do business with this company something shady is going on here.
They were understaffed, the phone was ringing no -stop, the one employee was visibly frustrated which I don’t blame her, and the SUV I was given as a rental my car was getting work done that was under warranty was not comparable to my SUV. It also had no type of manual so we could figure out necessary functions. I would hate to see this place when it’s busy. Hopefully then they will have more employees available.
I always use Enterprise and I regret trying Hertz. The worst experience EVER. They are absolute liars. They overbook vehicles so that they can make money and don't tell you that you do have a car until you go to pick it up. Then they are absolutely rude about it and will not help you try to find another location with available cars. I will NEVER trust a Hertz reservation again. Enterprise is a much better company.
We were in a pinch as the airlines kept delaying and canceling out flights back to Wisconsin. Luckily..Hertz took car of us and rented us a beautiful, clean vehicle at a very affordable rate. I think the young lady Brittany did a great job in completing the paperwork and just taking car of us. From now on...Hertz will have our business and thanks again Brittany...you did a great job.
After having a few horrible attempts to receive a rental car today one of the associates at this location Britnae to be exact was more than helpful and getting me into a vehicle that fit me and my family and was also very helpful with me exchanging the current vehicle that I was driving from Hertz give that lady a raise
I cannot stress enough how helpful this location was for us! We have had the most unlucky road trip traveling from Florida to Ohio.our car broke down, leading us to this Hertz for our rental. Brittany greeted us immediately upon arrival and when we ran into problems renting they managed to figure a way out for us to get a car. Such a timely fashion, and the staff was amazing. Thank you so much Matt and Brittany for going above and beyond for your customers. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!
The rental experience was good but the manager was low key rude, but I ignored her because I needed at car, she needs better customer service. I'm still giving a 5 star because the other employees were very pleasant.
I have always rented through Enterprise, but decided to go with Hertz this time while my car was in the shop. Big mistake. These kids don’t know how to properly clean or sanitize cars, they give you cars where the rotors are so warped if you even tap the brakes you think the car is going to lose control and crash, give you cars that have rear view mirrors that fly off when you turn left, and they do NOT disclose whether or not someone previously smoked in the vehicle. Having a very high sensitivity to cigarette smoke, I could pick up instantly when the car got hot on the inside that the cigarette smoke smell was seeping out from the car itself. DISGUSTING. And it made it HARD TO BREATHE. Good thing I only had to drive this wretched car for 2 days out of the week I had it. This place is horrible. They don’t care about their customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
