Highlands Day Spa

I’ve been to the highland day spa several times for several different services. The spa is very relaxing, the staff are friendly and talented and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the pedicure, the facials, massages and hair services. You won’t be disappointed.

My fiance and I had never been to a spa, ever, but I think it's safe to say this'll be a regular thing for us. We did a couple's massage session followed by a facial and oh man, we feel loose and refreshed. Staff and guests were super friendly and helpful (we were a little awkward when we first emerged in our robes, looking like lost lambs!) The massages were outstanding and my therapists were making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Prices were reasonable and it's easy to get to the location (with a gorgeous view I might add!)

Excellent staff. Very clean and comfortable. A couple massage therapists that are definitely better than others...

A friend treated me to pedicures here and i had the best time! All today the staff were friendly, accommodating and view from our pedicure room was fantastic. I would definitely visit again

Skilled professionals however I was extremely unhappy that I was charged for our 90 minute massages but only given 60 minute massages. When appointments were made there was no direction to arrive 10-15 minutes early to receive lockers and robes prior to massages and that additional time apparently was part of our 90-minutes. If you schedule an appointment, I would arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. That way you can receive robes, get a locker and not have any issues with time. I felt this should have been explained and we over-paid for the time we were actually given. This was for our anniversary and it wasn’t very professional and courteous to your clients.
