Although there was one specific apartment I was interested in, he also suggested a few others similar to what I wanted, in which I ended up picking from. He made the whole process way easier than I anticipated, and I truly appreciate all of his time! He is extremely professional and immediately responded to any questions or concerns I had. Cherish Dawn is amazing!! I've lived in New York for 20 years and have always had issues with agents. Cherish Dawn is by far the best agent I've ever worked with! I'd recommend her to anyone who is in search of a new apartment! She found me exactly what I was looking for!

My roommate and I worked with David Kusayev to find our apartment and it was a great experience. We weren't sure exactly which area we wanted to move and he was patient and flexible with us and we ended up with the perfect place. He was organized, kind, and honest and really made us feel comfortable and confident working with him. We have been here a little over a month and (I think I can speak for the both of us here) we love it. If I ever decide to move, I am definitely going straight back to David. Thank you again!! David, you are the real MVP!

I had the pleasure of working with David Kusayev,. He was absolutely AMAZING. He was extremely patient, thoughtful, professional and efficient. He only provided applicants that were eligible and this I appreciated, as my time was not wasted. I would definitely work with him again.
