Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Bounced through a couple other companies last 2 years. I am really glad I reached out to Hiller today. I feel I got a full and complete assessment of my heating and cooling issues. They were quick to respond (same day) and I got a detailed listing of my options on how to remedy my issues. I wasn't oversold on a choice, yet felt they were direct on the key points for pros and cons. I would definitely recommend if anyone asked!

Our technician Jennifer was extremely professional, polite, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Her expertise made our repairs quick and easy as well as cost effective. The scheduled arrival time and date were honored. Excellent communication existed through text reminders of our upcoming appointment. We are very pleased with Hiller.

They came super fast and did an awesome job! None of our customers even knew they were there and for the amount of work he had to do that was very impressive! Everyone I spoke with was very friendly from the lady who answered the phone to the gentleman who did the work! Will definitely be using Hiller for all of our plumbing from here on! Thank you Hiller for amazing customer service. With the crazy KY spring weather deciding that it is winter again, we needed to kick our downstairs heating unit back on after returning home from work. After attempting several times and the unit not coming on, we called Hiller. Less than 30 minutes after placing the call, Montel arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it working for the cold night ahead of us. He was extremely kind and wanted to make sure that we were warm since especially since he noticed kids in the house. We appreciate his kindness, quick service - especially after hours and time he took with us.

We have always received efficient, courteous and reliable service from Hiller. Never a problem with scheduling or having to wait for technician(s) to arrive when promised. The latest call was handled in a timely manner and very much to our satisfaction. We will rely on Hiller for all our plumbing and HVAC needs. Thank you
