Second time we have called them on an urgent matter. Both times they responded quickly and did an excellent job. Very professional and thorough. We would highly recommend them.

Donnie is a good guy who leads his team that is very professional. Kyle goes out of his way to assure that the problem is fixed and in a timely manner with excellent rates as well. If I could give them more stars, I would. Keep up the good work...

Was told my appointment time was between 2-4pm....fine i understand...4:15pm I CALLED THEM...and was told the person was almost an HOUR away and running behind! No call to let me know and when i asked why i wasnt CALLED...i was told "why would we do that"... unacceptable customer service

I needed a repair done on my hot water heater. Adam came out with his apprentice Austin and performed the repair. I observed Adam teaching Austin how to diagnose the issue and they quickly went to work fixing the hot water heater. In the process of draining the hot water heater, Adam identified that we did not have a water shut off valve above the water heater and that our sump pump was no longer working. He took the initiative to get another team member to bring him what he needed to complete all the repairs without wasting time. I am so impressed with Adam’s professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to make sure the job was done right. I am very happy with the quality of work done and the manner in which it was completed. I believe had I called another plumbing service that the water shut off valve may not have been done and my sump pump would have been pushed to another day in an effort to drag out the repair. I definitely recommend Hornback Plumbing!

I've had Hornback Plumbing do work in both my houses the past year or so, one being a sewage line emergency on a weekend. I'm very satisfied from the first call to the finish. Great communication, customer service and professionalism. This company is on speed dial at our house!
