Underpaid, overworked, mistreated employees and an unfeasible attendance policy with no positive reinforcement whatsoever. I was a supervisor there and I had employees quit on me left and right or put in complaints about how mistreated and verbally abused they were, yet this company wonders why the turnover is so high. It's because they give no one a reason to come back. Not to mention the unethical unwritten policies that were enforced by human resources left and right with zero knowledge of the consequences. If you're looking for work and want to try Hitachi, do not for one second expect basic common decency and respect from a single authority figure. And if you dare complain about it you will more than likely be let go for a "bad attitude". Trust me, I was forced to terminate several hard working people who just wanted to be treated as such.

Management needs serious improvement. Machines keep breaking down. Too many work hours. High turnover rate.

Yes I agree that this place needs so much more improvement. They have lack of management and supervision with employees. Does not know how to discipline employees or how to talk to them properly. Much more to say about this place, but I will leave with this, if this place does not know how to treat each other equal and to manage it correctly might as well close the place down.

They really need to work on how they treat there employees. Products are great but they lack in what matters at home. Never enough employees working. Sometimes 2 or 3 people working on a 6 person station and they still want you to meet a 400 plus parts a hour goal. Needs much improvement.
