Hobby Lobby

I love starting new projects and they had just what I needed and more. And the whole store is basically on sale so even better. I was in drawer handle heaven. The prices were better than what I had saved on my Amazon list. Could have gotten more, and will, but this is a few of my projects in the process: some will be for sale ;

I haven't been to this location on awhile, and was kind of bummed to see that a few of my favorite lines of jewelry making supplies are no longer carried here. That, and a lot of the employees at very not helpful and judgemental and assuming in a highly off-putting way. I really don't like being negative, but I've had too many experiences myself, as well as friends and family that have had bad experiences as well with pretty much any Hobby Lobby location we've been to. They unfortunately have seemingly had either too many people trying out successfully shoplifting, or they just are extremely paranoid of it happening. I will most likely leave my absolutely insane situation that happened to me on the actual location it happened at. But this location is not great either. They should really worry more about actually helping their customers and being knowledgeable in the department they work in, or in several, instead of assuming everyone is only there to rob you, and skulking around pretending to work while really just being creepy and needlessly stalking completely innocent people around the store and actually or basically accusing them of being a thief. Not good practice Hobby Lobby, not good at all. I know many EXTREMELY loyal, high spending, very frequent customers who now all but boycott Hobby Lobby because of the atrocious treatment by the employees at any and all locations. Yes, there are the very few wonderful employees, but so few it's definitely not enough to change minds.

Just love hobby. The staff members are great! The store is very clean and bright. I can stay in the store for hours. Good gifts ideas and a wide selection. Always great sales.

Most employees we met here are friendly, helpful. Having said this, we had a manager accuse us of buying a Christmas tree, using it, then returning it for a full refund. Which was grossly presumptoius on his part. We said as much to him that day. The cashier tried to explain to him we had purched the tree the day after Christmas, as it was 85% off...That is was boxed poorly when it left the store...That it was the display and did not have an original box when purchased. But, he was unwilling to listen to her, or reading our receipt. We would have complained to a manager, but he was the manager. He has yet to call and apologize. Based on his actions, we would be surprised if he did. As this requires an act of humility. Here we are several weeks later...Google asked we write a review. We rarely write negative reviews, but one is necessary.

Awesome Christmas Sale, last minute gifts will be loved on Christmas Day. Highly recommend Hobby Lobby for gifts for any occasion. And of course your number one spot for all your crafting needs.

This hobby lobby had very beautiful apparel, however I'm guessing it's because of my being transgender the security guard followed me around the store as though I was trying to steal something and made it very obvious. Every time I touched anything he made it his business to come over to me and stare. I felt so uncomfortable that I just left I wanted to let him know that there were other minorities in there he could have followed as well I didn't want to keep him from doing that. I will still shop at hobby lobby but not this one I will only shop at the one in Englewood.

A great location is easily accessible, prices are fare, lots of customers shopping, and still plenty of staff to attend our needs, I'd commented to my wife, "all these customers in line, and they still had more register and lanes open then Walmartnot dissing Walmart, just making mention, found all we were looking for! Thank You God and the Father in Jesus name Thank you Hobby Lobby and staff

They have such a great selection. Could spend all day looking at stuff. The prices are always a good deal.

I like this store better than the one by aurora town center, they are respectful and friendly to their guests unlike the aurora store.

Love this store. I always find what I'm looking for and the folks are always super nice and helpful. Thanks to all!
