Last year we purchased a beautiful new manufactured home from Jeff and Lora Hawk at Holton Creek Homes in Phoenix, Oregon. Buying a new home is a big decision, not to mention a large purchase; and we wanted lot of time to make the right choice. They were great - not high pressure, patiently answering all our questions, helping us look at all our options, referring movers and contractors, helping us wade through county and state building requirements, and on and on. They have always treated us with integrity, professionalism, and courtesy. They have been prompt to address our requests, and gave us a fantastic deal on the purchase of our home. Recently, I had occasion to call Laura and Jeff for information about some accessories to our home, and they were very helpful. We purchased our home several years ago and Jeff and Laura and their staff made it a very pleasant experience. We had viewed manufactured homes all over the Medford area and we felt the product they were exhibiting was of exceptional quality. (some of the ones we saw at other places were of extremely poor quality). We would highly recommend Holton Creek Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new manufactured home expecting excellent service in the process. I can't say enough good things about my dealings with Jeff and Lora Hawk of Holton Creek Homes. Holton Creek Homes handled in-park sales on my home and one belonging to my mother. I've always found them to be conscientious and hard working on my behalf.

stay away from them they are crooks and feed on the elderly!!!!!!!!
