Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant

The ONLY option for Chinese delivery for us... it’s either them or a ten mile drive one way or a hood run. So we give them chance after chance as our only option..... the foods not good, never is and well, given up on that part, don’t even expect it. Then there’s the rest of it... the delivery is either way late or not at all, and never complete. Again tonight. Call after and the excuse of it’s loud and whatever. Problem was when I called in the order there was no background noise, had to repeat everything about 10 times... not my card number though...they got that part spot on. Please.... someone else open up here!!!

We have been ordering from Hong Kong for at least 3 years. The food has been delivered so fresh that we've had to let it cool to eat it. The delivery drivers have been always great and the food is plentiful and better than the other Chinese restaurants in town.

Extremely rude on the phone. I ended up hanging up due to them being so inpatient. I will never order from here again. Its only a matter of time before this place closes down.

Where do I even start? Delivery took an hour and 10 mintues. We sat down to eat and right away I noticed I was missing my cream cheese wontons. Called the store right away (im sure the driver was still walking to his car) I told the man on the phone I wanted them to be delived he told me it was gonna be another 45 mintues. He then offered me a free order of the wontons I said no I want a refund. He said I would have to come into the store for that. He said I can give you 10% off your next order. My boyfriend and I order alot of food $47 worth. I tried the egg roll and spit it out. Warned my boyfriend to not try it he did anyways and did the same thing. Eveything else tasted horible we ended up throwing our food away and we're still hungry after.  With the .50 credit card fee,$3.00 delivery fee, 4.95 for my missing food and a $7 tip. I feel ripped off thanks for the 10% off my next order, but we will NEVER eat here again and do not recommend anyone else does either.

We ordered pork chow main and shrimp chow main. It was all celery. Not a single other vegetable. We won’t be back.
