Lunch was superb! We arrived right when the doors opened at 11am because we know how busy it can get with the local business folk wanting to eat lunch. The restaurant was clean, servers were quick yet knowledgeable on the dishes, the atmosphere was very hip and welcoming, and everyone was pleasant. I arrived with a group of 6 and we were seated immediately. We ordered, ate and left in an hour - fantastic.
The flavor of foods is unbeatable and each dish is so distinct in their flavor. Portion is large and price is very modest. I remember this restaurant from it's early days 7 years ago or more and I'm so glad they've managed to stay in business and do so well for themselves. The remodel is just beautiful.
I obviously highly recommend this establishment. (also plenty of parking and is handicap accessible)

This is our "go to" location for bringing other couples. The food is excellent. The staff is friendly. The spice options satisfy everybody from the Scandinavian church basement crowd to the thrill-seekers. And if you fancy a cocktail, please check out their take on the Old Fashioned. Simply the best.

Used to be a great place. When dining in, the portions used to be large, enough to share with another person. Now, the portions are barely enough for one. Like other reviews, kid size. And it doesn’t help that it’s over priced for the small portion. Also, I’ve order to-go many times and have always had problems. I ordered coconut curry/kapoon to-go for my husband and I just the other day and the portion of noodles was barely anything, again, kid size. We each had about 5 bites of noodles. And for those who have ordered that dish knows that dish usually comes in a large order when dining in. It was also way too salty. Now onto the sushi. I’ve ordered the caterpillar roll many times before, but when I ordered it to-go, it looks nothing like when dining in. The roll was much smaller. Seems to me they skimp on their portions when it’s a takeout order. There are better Thai restaurants in the area like Thai Fusion and Sweet Basil. Like another review, at Lemongrass you pay for the ambience.

Not impressed.
I ordered a beef salad. It was over-salted (I presume accidentally) to the point of being uneatable, and I do really mean uneatable.
I informed the waiter. He took the salad away. He came back a few minutes later with, what seemed to be, the same salad and left it on the table for me. It was, again, uneatable - like chewing salt.
At this point, everyone at the table got interested enough to try it too, and their facial expressions said "uneatable", and similar verbal expressions followed.
I asked for the waiter again, complained again. Response was that the salt really came through because I asked for the salad to be mild (1 out of 5 on their spiciness scale), and that this is normal for Asian dishes. At this point everyone one at the table protested. The water took the dish back again. He then came back and acknowledged that it was way-oversalted, so I presume that that-time someone in the kitchen had actually tried the salad. The waiter stated that "they must have had their spices mixed up".
The waiter apologized, asked whether I would want a replacement. I declined. He said he will remove the charge from the bill and offered a complementary desert. As he described it, there were limits on what he could do, but this he could do. I accepted and shared the desert with the group. It was good.
My main quibble here is that the mistake should have been fixed after the initial complaint.

I don't think I can say enough good things about this place. Their service is always fantastic. We also get carry-out from here quite often. It's always ready when they say it will be and the food is packaged appropriately and still hot by the time we get it home. Our favorites are the green curry, drunken noodles, spicy calamari, and the poke bowls. The curry has the perfect amount of flavor and spice depending on your preference. The drunken noodles are savory and comforting. The poke bowls have a beautiful, sophisticated, complex flavor. They are perfect for when you need a little "summer escape" in the middle of these MN winters! I also appreciate that they are beautifully put together in the takeout containers so you can enjoy the presentation at home. The spicy calamari is out of this world. So fresh, punch-you-in-the-face flavor, and the fried basil in there is a nice little surprise. I'm sure our list of favorites will continue to grow as we make our way through the menu! The one thing I will say, is that they are ALWAYS busy. The parking situation is kind of crazy so be patient and prepared to take some time to find parking. It's worth it. :)
