Reuan | Thai Restaurant

The hostess immediately offered me the buffet. I took it to mean they just wanted to get rid of the food, but I was so hungry and tired that I took it. The sticky rice was scorched and hard/crunchy throughout. How do you mess up rice, the primary staple food? I was offered water to drink, which was odd. I've never been just offered water and not been asked what I want. She never came back to refill my glass, even though I was initially the only customer in the whole place. The buffet wasn't worth the $11 charge, and there was hardly any thing to choose from (about 7 or 8 items tops) , so I felt no inclination to try and get my money's worth. I rarely complain about food, and have never given a bad restaurant review, but I have to this time. If I ever have to fly back to Minneapolis, I definitely won't be going to Reuan Thai again.

Good food. Huge portions. Reasonable prices. The Combination Pho was excellent as was the Thai Iced Coffee. The service was a tad slow but they were very busy. Highly recommend.

Been here a couple times. Don't be discouraged if they don't serve you quickly. This is a "worth the wait" place. New favorite item is #64, a peanut curry sauce with broccoli and spinach, super tasty.

Good service, friendly encounter with the staff. The food was okay. A lot of onions in the Mongolian beef. I love onions but the ratio to meat was a little off.

English speaking and understanding wasn't great by all the servers that helped us. The fried meatball appetizers were disgusting. No idea what type of meat it was. Fried egg rolls were okay but overly fried. The Pad See Ew noodles were okay, not the best, the chicken in it was dry. Everything had no spicy and little flavor. Some of the items my group had were good in their opinion. The place itself isn't a nice setting or all that clean looking. I wasn't impressed, won't likely be back.
