State sponsored Terrorist organization. You want to threaten to kidnap our children; while not getting me the help I need. I told you exactly what could help yet you didn't do anything but threaten for over a year. You come once a month for five minutes, barely even look at the child, so you're not looking for abuse- just keeping your numbers up. Even the police officers I've spoke with cant stand you. You're lucky you have the law to protect you here on earth and most of us have intelligence to not do things to get us locked away from our children. God gave us our children and they pose challenges, which can be solved; but you threaten that God given relationship to satisfy your power crave and to boost your coffers. We will find you in Hell- and you will know the Wrath of a protective Father

Simply their number change and the recording dose not give a nother number to contact them leaves the public with out a paddle.

If I could give this a 0 I would. I am a parent with a case who has obliged by everything that has been asked of me. Here it is almost a year later and I still have an open case. Do they really care about the children, or keeping them away from their parents instead?

After waiting for 2 hours on the phone I finally got connected....just to be put on hold again. They have lost my information numerous times. This place is a sorry excuse of a properly run business. Maybe one day Horry County can get their act together.

It's like playing cat and mouse with them. One minute you have everything turned it. The next minute they tell you they need something else. They be quick to send you to an unhelpful supervisor (Mark) who has already made up his mind that whatever you say is a lie. There is never a smiling face. It's always "enter you social". Dang! No good morning, how are you doing? Very rude! If you don't like working with people, then DSS is not for you.
