Housing Authority of the County of Riverside

There voucher payment standards are very very low , 950.00 a month for a 1bedroom is to low so are the other payment standards for the bedrooms , there's nowere in riverside or moreno valley or other major cities in riverside county by jobs were u can find an apartment for 950.00 a month , this housing authority is grimy asf , we need at least a 1400.00 a month payment standard on a 1bedroom this housing authority needs to go on Google and Craigslist and have a reality check on how much a apartment costs in Riverside county, these people are living under a Rock in 2007, thinking 950.00 a month is good enough!!! It's now 2018 as I'm writing this by the way , also this housing authority should let the less unfortunate Kno that Riverside county is in a affordable housing crisis not enough housing being built!!! Witch is why rents and home prices are so high and no apartments are available !!! The housing authority as well as the county and state should've been bulding more affordable housing since 2007 yet after all the population growth from people comming from Los Angeles and orange county for cheaper housing all we have got out here is less apartments available, high rents and more traffic , the point of the housing authority should be for them to fight to build more affordable housing but all these people do is hand our vouchers to people they Kno can't find a place to live with there super low payment standards =[ , over half of the staff here hate this program yet there still employed by the government, if they hate helping poor people why are they working here then

Housing Angels.. This group of people do out standing work.. Very loving people hear. And Housing works with 1000's of people and apartment complexes.. Top end people..

Love this place they all have been so helpful supportive and always call me back and give me the information I need to answer my questions and needs. Every person that I have talked to from front office my workers and inspection workers have been polite and helpful thank you for helping me and my family in our time of need.
