went the branch to open a safe deposit box. after teller checked with the manager, she said, we are closing early today, and she has a lot of things' to do, then 5 second pause, I said what time do you close today, 2pm there is 4 hours before closing, how long before the manager is done, response, as long as it takes the teller says, I closed my account and left.
