Revere Bank

If you really want to bank with a small local bank, then you might be willing to put up with the challenges of Revere Bank. I don't think it's worth it. Here are some issues I have encountered: -Their website is awful. It's not just that it looks like it was designed in the 90s, it is buggy and missing some basic functionality of more established banks. For example, I needed the last 6 bank statements. When I selected that time period, it only brought up the last two. I tried this over and over. So I had to physically walk into a branch to get something this basic. I explained this today at the branch location and the teller seemed disinterested. -They are not open on Saturdays like many banks are now. -Their computer systems are antiquated. Usually this is not a problem for common requests, but when I asked for detailed bank statements that include all transactions at the branch today, I was told that all that info is not in the main computer system and that they must call the branch I opened the account in to get that info. They had no idea how long it would take for this, "research."
