Ethics in Question.  Sent email to not have them proceed with a policy.  Got 5 emails back "Confused" told me we had to use them if we wanted the policy with the same company.  So apparently only agent in the country that could have our policy.  Demanded to know why.  We felt they had lied to us, and we didn't owe her an explanation why we didn't want to use her. Jenifer Thompson went as far to communicate with the insurance underwrite to get my policy transfer blocked.    She freaked out on me on the phone making horrible unfounded accusations telling people that I was rude to her.  She was rude, wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise, screamed at me on the phone, and hung up on me.  THEN transferred the policy.  Prima Donna Drama queen lining her pocket book.
