If I could give more stars I would. Mr. Parker is an honest, hard working and genuine man. He is the Superman of Insurance and I would recommend him to anyone.

Parker Insurance makes health insurance a breeze. In a town where many of the students are married and need health insurance, they are incredible. Cathy knows the ins and outs of the marketplace and how these things work and is very helpful, so you often don’t need an appointment. If you need help getting coverage, drop by their office.

Terrible. I had a good first year and then they never call back. I had 4 different appointments and they never callled me. Now I have department of health saying I didn’t have coverage for part of the year but I definitely paid it and it says it on yourhealthidaho. They messed something up. Tons of issues and they all happened in their office.

Very disappointed! The customer service at Parker Insurance is horrible. At first they were very helpful, but as the process continued I had to make a phone call to them every week to get updates on the status of getting health insurance. I would leave a message with the receptionist and would never get a return call. I FINALLY found out from the State that my paperwork was accepted. Then when I called to see when we would have our first month of insurance Parker Insurance told me it was going to have to wait another month because our paperwork was not in by the 15th. I made sure the paperwork was in by the 15th, so when I asked if Parker Insurance could call and see if they could work things out they said they would look into. Needless to say they have never returned my phone call 2 weeks later. Horrible customer service!!

David Parker was great. I went in knowing nothing about Obamacare or insurance options. He took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. As well as find us the best deal. Great customer service.
