I have been going through tower for a couple years now and they have had the best customer service i have ever experienced in an insurance broker. I have contracted Brad after hours, on weekends, and i always get a response quickly and happily. I have been in a pinch several tines and they go above and beyond to handle every situation. And when Brad hasn’t been available, he has had Riley on the job. I know I’m not their biggest client so if they take care of me this well, i feel they take care of everyone the same. Very ethical company, i have had the steadiest rates and never felt i was being taken advantage of one time. I have been through several insurance brokers and gone directly to the big companies and they always raise my rates after the first term even though i have a perfect driving record and haven’t had to use my insurance for over 10 years. It has been so annoying and the brokers never care they just pass the  buck.  I recommend Brad and Tower Insurance to anyone who wants to be well taken care of when they need it the most and otherwise. They are truly the best!

Been with these folks for a couple years now. Brad is always super responsive and happy to help. The rates are the best ive found. Called into the office to fix a billing issue on my side and Riley was awesome and had things taken care of super fast.

This has to be the most dishonest insurance broker I have ever come across. Very sneaky with how they add more fees and an increased price after a while thinking that you wouldn't know. Highly recommend just going straight to one of the big providers!!

Love this place. Brad is fantastic. Our insurance rate was starting to become outrageous and one quick phone call to brad and he was on the hunt for something better. He found what I needed with basically the same coverage and saved me $100 a month. 10 yrs of satisfied customer. Thanks Brad.

I’ve been with tower insurance for almost 3 years now. They are awesome to work with! Brad and Tyson are fantastic to deal with. If you want affordable insurance but high quality insurance they are the guys.

Brad does such a good job for us. Right now he is reviewing all of our policies to make sure they are in alignment with our needs. He is a small town business owner. He did some of the work on the furniture in his office. He is very down to earth and very willing to work hard to take care of you.
