Support your local homebrew shop. I was traveling through from out of town and checked out what Humboldt had to offer the homebrew scene. They had a variety of grain and extract to choose from, and even some bulk sacks. Plenty of hops and yeast to make just about any style of beer you can dream up. I even scored some high quality organic chocolate sourced from Madagascar, how cool is that.
