Hunan Chinese Restaurant

Ok to eat but taste cheap. But not good natural. Duck taste ok but overcooked. Update (May 2018): stopped lunch eat look good taste cheap price. But notice I ask Lite Soy Sauce but only pack then found not healthy, so I used soy sauce bottle. I check men restroom some little dirty or little mold or hard water.

The staff was not friendly. The hostess begrudgingly pointed us towards a table, slammed down 2 glasses of water and walked away. We were not asked what we wanted to drink so we just had the water. When ordering, i changed my mind mid order, told the waiter to disregard the first plate, and he brought me both plates. Still no drink order. The food was bland and the plating was sloppy. When we visited before it was wonderful. This time, not so much... Sad really.

Can't wait to eat here the next time I am in Toas. The owner is a really great guy who has a passion for delivering excellent food to his customers. I would go out of my way to eat at Hunan Chinese Restaurant.

They have a great lunch special till 3:00 daily...under$7.00. Been eating there for 20 years. YUM
