Hunan Palace

I gave it one star. I'm not saying that I'm the most fit guy, but, I think I was sitting at the kids table. I didn't even have room to breathe. On top of that the food was room temperature when it was brought to us. It was rather bland. I ordered the bean and beef. That's green beans and sliced beef possibly a skirt steak I don't know could be stew meat I'm not sure I'm not a scientist. Anyway, it wasn't terrible. It just wasn't good. It gave me no reason to want to ever go back there ever again. And they all lived happily ever after

Hunan Palace is the best Chinese restaurant in Sioux City. Yes, that is a bold statement but it is true! It is beautifully decorated, cozy, and comfortable. This is not a buffet. The tasty menu offers a variety of options; chicken, seafood, beef, pork and veggie only. Service is quick, but you can linger over your delicious meal and enjoy exotic speciality cocktails. There is a separate dining room for larger groups and special occasions. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Carryout and delivery service is available to a limited area.

Ordered Hunan beef, Xtra hot. It was medium hot at best. Good flavor, plenty of food for the price, fast, friendly service. Over all a good experience. Recommend for good Chinese food.
