Great staff...they really care. The cleaning lady at 1215 on 17 April in the Med Mall lab was a gem. She went and got a coloring book for a crying young girl...amazing. Only issue that could use attention is that at least two patient rooms have wall clocks that need replacing ...correct time in every professional work space contributes to staff efficiency as they do not have to rely on their phone for the time

Their registration process is the hallmark of inefficiency. I hate coming here! 7:30 Appt. 8:50 and still waiting.

My husband attempted to drop off a time sensitive sample and no one paid any attention and are now unable to test said sample. This isn't something that can just be done again tomorrow either, multiple days of no activity is required. There were no apologies either. It was almost made like it was my husband's fault. He followed all directions and said they were not even busy.

Got blood work done very easy going! Staff was really nice as well! Did not like that the seating there seemed enclosed.

I went here to get some blood work done and the lab staff was super friendly and helpful, and they told me exactly what they were doing! They helped keep me calm even though I HATE needles!
