Quest Diagnostics Huntsville Governors Drive

I would like commend, Holly, my phlebotomist and laboratory technician. I have never made an appointment for laboratory work. Yet, Holly has always been very punctual in collecting my lab tests. If she is going to be a bit longer, Holly has always notified me how much longer or she will acknowledge me and always greets me with a friendly smile. She is very good at collecting my blood and is always so knowledgeable. Holly always makes my laboratory tests seem like a friendly visit. I never have an uncomfortable experience with Miss Holly.

Lots of opinions, several 1-star reviews. As a Local Guide, I'm going to tell you the real deal on Quest Diagnostics, a lab I used this week: 1. You must make an appointment. 2. Make your appointment online, not by phone. •••••••• If you do these two things, you will have a 4-star experience, like I did. The tech and phlebotomist were personable and highly skilled. Yes, she easily hit the vein the first time. You're in good hands here. JUST DON'T COME AS A WALK-IN. Ostensibly, they take walk-ins, but actually, they are only equipped and staffed to handle their patients with appointments, and believe me THEY GET PRIORITY WHILE THE WALK-INS WAIT, GET MAD, AND 1-STAR-REVIEW THE BUSINESS. Take the 1-stars here with a grain of salt. •••••••• I write what I know, only to serve.

Incredibly slow. Only one tech working. I spent almost two hours waiting in the walk-in line. When I showed up I was 5th in line. When I left almost two hours later there were still two walk-ins ahead of me and 4 appointments.

OMG what a joke for a Lab!!! I was given a scrip from my medical doctor to have a 24 hour urine sample, come to find out I was given the incorrect collection container and therefore was not usable. So now I have to do the collection again with the correct container! What KIND OF TRAINING/CERTIFICATION do the lab techs get, required to have? What time of continueous training does QUEST require of their employees! This is unacceptable and customer, BEWARE! This site also has a black employee who is predjuice to white customers, if your black she is as nice as pie but if you white your an inconvience to be serviced!!
