Madison Laboratory Services

There is nothing special here, nor should there be. As for functionality, it is pretty efficient compared to other medical practices. There is a digital sign-in. It stopped working, and multiple people had issues until the receptionist finally got up and fixed it. Not super nice or rude. The floor was dirty and looked like it had not been swept or mopped in a week. I would suggest making an appointment before you come as walk-ins don't receive priority.

Other than being really understaffed for their amount of patients, this is a great lab. I had to take my 5 year old for her first labs and they were amazing. They didn't get frustrated because she was scared, they weren't annoyed because it took longer. And they were appreciative of her when she did finally get it done.

I went for a blood draw this morning and it was actually a really pleasant experience! Everyone was cheerful and efficient and I was impressed by the seamless teamwork. Gotta say that’s one expert vampire — barely felt a thing and her assistant kept me busy and distracted by asking questions. The lab chair was comfy too. 10/10; would return

Efficient, on line system is great for pre-registration. They need more chairs in lobby and more vampires to take blood...a little slow 1/2 wait with an appointment.

We have been pleasantly surprised by the short wait time even without an appointment. The Lab techs are very courteous, efficient, and professional. On my last visit, Ashley R. drew my blood and she was so fast and adept that I didn't even feel the needle stick. Well done!

I absolutely hate getting blood taken. But this time was great. Not only was it fast but also he kept me so relaxed I didn't even notice that he was taking my blood.

The employees here were extremely kind. It was clean and well maintained. The best part to me was the bird feeder they hang outside. It was nice to see all the birds coming up. That may sound silly, but when you do not like needles it really helps to have something calm you down. Highly recommend this place.

Everyone at the Madison Hospital location is wonderful. The receptionist is always helpful and patient whether she is greeting you or trying to determine if your lab orders have arrived. Every lab technician I’ve encountered there is pleasant, efficient and competent when drawing my blood

Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Good parking at ground level, with easy access no stairs or elevator needed. Clean and comfortable facilities. Quick in and out when using appointment and walk ins are OK. Will need your Doctor's lab order available at check in.
