I go there for my biometrics each year.  The technicians are professional, efficient, and kind. I have never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes.  I have never had a bad experience there.

Don't bother making an appointment. Several folks called in ahead of me with no appointment, although  (appointments have priority ).
