I'm Cravin' Bar-B-Que Food Trailer

Food was good and price was fair. I got the 2 meat sampler (brisket and pulled pork) which comes with two sides and bread for $11. I expected a small amount of meat but I almost couldn't finish it. I think large man would be satisfied with this meal. The beans are a little spicy but not to the degree you can't enjoy them. I wasn't crazy about the flavor of the beans. Not a flavor I've ever tasted...but I finished them : ). The potato salad was good. The pork was moist and the brisket tender. Both very good. If your craving BBQ on the fly, this is a decent place. It would be pricy for a family of 4 however. Also points for cleanliness +++. That's very important to me!

I went to I'm Cravin' Bar-B-Que today and I was VERY impressed. The staff were so friendly and the service was fast. I use to live outside of Kansas City and have eaten a lot of BBQ, but today I had the best brisket sandwich I've ever tasted. The meat was fall apart tender. I will be returning very soon!

My friend and I went there on a whim. We both ordered brisket fries because they were advertised on the window and they sounded amazing. What we got was a basket of limp greasy strands of potato corpse with a few chunks of brisket, approximately 5 drops of barbecue sauce, and copious amounts of fake liquid cheese ladled on top. It cost us twenty bucks, and the ceiling leaked.

If I could give this place a minus 5 stars I would. If you are looking for a place that is overpriced and tasteless this is the place to go. The brisket was so dry that it was almost dust. No taste. The BBQ sauce was so sweet that I almost went into a diabetic coma. The slaw was tasteless and enough to feed a small rabbit. So for a mere $50.00 we got small amounts of tasteless food. When I said something to the person behind the counter I was told thats the way BBQ is done in Texas. Ive had BBQ in Texas, I promise that is not the way its done in Texas. Take you $50 to McDonalds and get a McRib, it will be better then this place and you will get enough to fill you up.
