Ice House Pub

If your looking for a chill pub to eat and drink at this is the place for you. They have what seems like 100s of types of beer to choose from and the food is delicious. The bartenders are extremely helpful and will help you choose a beer that is right for you and will even let you sample it before buying a glass. They also have a pool table and dart boards to pass the time.

Very cool environment in an awesome historical building. Food was pretty good, plenty of good beer options. However, our service was a bit sub-par. Initially, our food order was incorrect, but was corrected promptly. Our server passed our seating area several times before taking our dirty plates away. The digital beer menu on the TV is a bit hard to read unless you are standing almost directly in front of it. In fact, when we asked about a couple different options from the TV menu, our server had to walk closer to the menu to confirm which slections we we're asking about.

They have a great selection of different beers with local breweries on tap as well. The pub is a good size and tables are not crowded together. Very open layout. They have real dart boards and a pool table. Everything I have eaten there(Cottage Pie, Steak sandwich, and their half pound burger) had been great. I have taken a few friends there a d they all enjoyed it. Great atmosphere in an old building.

Good food... Nice beer selection with a very friendly atmosphere all around. We have marked this as a place to go to again whenever we're back in the area. I liked that they have a kid area outside that seemed clean and safe for the kids. Recommended!

If you want great craft and are in PG, this is one of the best places around..period. The owner Darryl is probably single handily one of the most knowledgeable craft guys that I have ever talked with. He is not some hipster "new crazed" craft guy, he is old school craft like myself we have been in the scene for over 20 years. The food is really good as well, but Darryl makes it a point to put the rare one offs on draft, no other place in a 60 mile radius does what this guy does.
