Miller's Ale House - Orlando Florida Mall

Absolutely fantastic service. Food was very good, wife and I had the chicken sandwich with bacon and onion rings can a side of fries. Service was quick and plentiful with the drinks courteous and very outgoing. Place was pretty busy and pretty cold, would suggest a like long sleeve shirt or jacket if you get cold easily. Plenty of televisions to watch your sport some pool tables to play on as well. Bathroom could use an update. Clean just an older decor.

My server was exceptional. She was someone trying to put a good face on a less than great product. The cocktail I ordered tasted terrible. So I switched to beer. That was better. I ordered a steak and salad. The salad was good, but the steak looked like it was boiled. Gray and tasteless. Someone at the hotel I was staying recommended this as a good place to get a steak. No, it wasn't. The smell of dirty mop water doesn't make things any more appetizing either. I'm sure these are problems management can figure out.

Great location with plenty of parking. We were greeted before we even got to the front door by the Manager and were welcomed. We actually sat at the bar and our bartender/server greeted us immediately. We were served our order within 15mins and she checked back up on us frequently as well. We will definitely be back to this location. Great job guys!!

Our waitress seemed too busy socializing to be bothered by her customers. We ordered fountain drinks, and watched our waitress walk back and forth talking with coworkers. We waited 10 minutes for her to fix a couple sodas. We had to flag her down for everything. We waited 15 minutes for a refill. We sat next to the kitchen area, I could see our food sitting in the widow, but by the time she finished her conversation, helped her friends deliver food to their tables, our food was cold. I didn't bother to complain. I was over it and just wanted to get away. I like Ale House but this location is horrible. The waitresses would rather gossip than give good service.

Came here last night and took the waiter 20 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. My boyfriends fries were soggy and my shrimp was almost cold when it got to us. The waiter didn’t give us a refill on our drinks throughout the food he was more focused on the fight. I did speak with the manager and he offered to give new fries to his zinger mountain melt and get me more shrimp but we would have rather went home. Today me and my boyfriend are really sick and our stomachs are not working with us. We go to Ale house all the time but this one was just a bad time overall and he and i have thrown up all day today. Definitely $50 we could’ve spent elsewhere
