Idaho Falls Family & Sports Medicine: Tony C. Roisum, M.D.

Dr. Roisum and PA Merzlock are both kind, competent, and professional Doctors I feel lucky to have been seen by. However, the staff... The major problem I had was as follows: I was sick with Strep for 6 weeks when I finally visited Dr. Roisum. After having my throat swabbed, it became a 5 week battle to receive the diagnosis and treatment. They threatened to send the $50 bill to collections before they would even give me the test results.I described this situation to a separate doctor who said it was "a miracle it didn't turn into Rheumatic Fervor.". This doesn't even begin to describe how they treat you in person. Dr. Roisum and PA Merzlock are both phenomenal men, but, as far as there medical staff... Good day.

I love Dr. Roisum, PA Matt Merzlock and staff! My whole family comes here. They take such great care of my mom and father in law. My mom has Multiple Sclerosis and Dr. Roisum always makes sure she is well taken care of. She is very difficult to care for and as a sole caregiver for my mother, Dr. Roisum and Matt Merzlock are Godsends to me. My father in law had a bad fall and they took amazing care of him making sure he was referred immediately for surgery and following up with him. Everyone is very professional, courteous, prompt and compassionate. Both Dr. Roisum and Matt Merzlock are very knowledgeable and have a great bed side manner. They both take the time to talk to you and find a solution. The nurses and office staff are also wonderful! I would highly recommend this office to anybody. Thank you Dr. Roisum, Matt Merzlock and staff!

I love Dr. Roisum, his PA Matt Merzlock and his staff. They are very professional and yet they treat you like family. I'm glad that someone recommended them to me. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks Dr. Roisum and Matt for taking me in.
