Southeast Idaho Family Practice & Obstetrics

Have been going to Dr. Mclaughlin for a few months now. They are incapable of getting my prescriptions to the pharmacy on time. It's their job, but they can't do it. They either offer one of several excuses, or they don't answer the phone. I will be finding a new provider.

This staff is incompetent to perform their job functions. We have had a bill for over 7 months and can this office get the billing right absolutely not. They are even so lazy and un-helpful they state they cannot call the insurance so they can learn how to do their job and get the billing correct. Which is bs the insurance company told me to have them call so it could get straighten out. The office staff is so incompetent I would not even let them be a teller at Wal-Mart.

Been a patient for 22 years. Love the staff and the doctors. They treat my daughter with Spina Bifida wonderfully and are on top of things with her care. They are worth the 45 minute drive I now have to do to see them.

We are going to be new parents and we were visiting family here, we had a little bit of a scare and the staff and doctor here were amazing. They worked us in and did a quick checkup and let us know that everything was good. Eased our minds, thank you again.

Dr. Bennett is the best!! He is down to earth and honest. He cares about the patient genuinely.
