Dr. Redford is very kind and thorough. She takes time to really understand each patient and help them feel welcome and taken care of. All of the staff is so helpful and nice. I love this office! Best family practice in Idaho falls in my opinion:)

I have been seeing Carmen Radford over the past few years for general practitioner needs and am thankful and appreciative of her knowledge and care. The staff at Sandcreek Family Practice is great too. I've never had to wait more than a day or two for an appt.

Carmen is wonderful. Very understanding of my needs and makes every effort to make sure that I remain in optimum health. My visits begin with a smile and comforting words and acknowledgment of my current health status. I would recommend her to everyone.
