Industrial Bank

Horrible Bank I lost my debit card August 2017, I’ve went into the branch several different times and called it’s the middle of January 2018 I still haven’t recieved a debit card. On top of that they let a transaction go through on a card that was reported lost when I went back into the bank to speak with a someone the females were relaxing having a very engaging non work related conversation while the waiting room went from 3 people to eight. I left while others were walking in. I was forced to sign back up with my old bank. So much for keeping the money in the community.

Horrible financial institution. Was trying to bank black but this isn't a good move. Hell a Rush card is better. Three times my funds were tied up due to this bank. And it was an extremely inconvenient experience each time. Definitely closing this account once this last issue is cleared up if it ever is.

The staff here are very nice they were so helpful when I set up an account for my son (minor) account. They are so willing to help him there is no need for me to be there for him to conduct business for himself. The have a coin counter so we are able to deposit what he has saved. It is a black owned business and I believe in supporting us. Will I continue to do business with them yes I will. Will I refer others to them, yes I will.

I'm very proud to have my banking service done at,Industrial Banks.I've been a long time customer and providing my information for more than 10yr's.As well as,receiving excellent service to better my Money Managerment.Staff and time management or well done.They say!!,frist time impressions are very important and Industrial Banks.Made me feel warm and welcome.Thank You!!!,respect!!!.
