Apparently Wells Fargo banks (especially this branch) don't provide basic services for their customers. I brought in a small bag of change and was told I would have to manually count it and put it into rolls before they would accept it. If I brought in a thousand dollars in $1s, would they make me rubber band it up into bundles of $10 in the bank lobby? Yet again passing on costs to consumers. This is the MOST BASIC function of a bank--to exchange and deposit money. If Wells Fargo can't do that for its customers, how can I trust them with more complex functions like lending, or keeping my assets safe? A truly regressive policy if ever there was. I will be switching banks at nearly 20 years of loyalty.

Despite being understaffed and busy, the store manager Gideon was on top of things. He was sharp and competent, personally helping customers while directing traffic and answering questions. WF needs more guys like him.

Been 2-3 times and have always had ridiculous wait times. Also, customer service was bad. I actively avoid this WF location.

Michael taller is so means... He not even say thanks and he thew me the recive and he not even say sorry...when he finish He didn't say anything else or we are done or thanks. ....very bad customer service. ...I don't think this is a good Bank to go....
