The worst bank I have ever been to. It doesnt matter what time or day it is, they will have two cashiers working and a line reaching close to the door. They always say they are in the process of hiring new people but all I see is two old faces gone and two new ones and the lines seem longer

It's as slow as everyone says, but even when you reach the front of the line they won't make change for non-account holders. So much for being a good community member.

Service is extremely slow at all times of the day. Never a pleasant experience with this BOA branch

I wasn't super stoked to walk into a bank and find it about the same level of clean as the metro. Unfortunately while the employees are nice, the service is terribly slow.
