Nick does great work! I needed help for a re-tune of a complicated car stereo system (4-way full active). Nick listened carefully to what I wanted, how I wanted it to sound. And he listened carefully to my questions. Nick explained what could and could not be done. He's good at explaining (as much or as little as you want) the complications of car audio to those of us who want great sound, but have little technical knowledge. And he's patient and friendly and enjoys working with the customer and with the audio system itself. Then, after his tuning, the system sounds awesome! Timing, imaging, blending, taming of the treble, and whatever else he did all sounds just right. And he happily let me go back, no charge, for a tweak that he did quickly and effectively. And his rates are fair and reasonable. You can trust Nick and enjoy talking with him about your system at INNovative concepts. And then you will have great sound.

Nick (owner) installed a Focal subwoofer in my Fiesta ST. His workmanship was first rate, tidy wiring that was wrapped in protective sleeves and a remote control dial that was cleanly installed. Nick's recommendation of the compact amplified subwoofer was exactly what I asked him for: a cost-effective upgrade that wouldn't use much space and would firm up the bass, which actually improved the blend of sound overall even without replacing anything else in the original Sony sound system. Very satisfied!

This place is super-terrific. Nick (owner) is really knowledgeable about the products and a talented installer. He will spend time with you to make sure you understand what is available and what can be done. I traveled over 2-hours from Rhinebeck, New York to have a new Kenwood Car Stereo installed because after visiting 3 or 4 other car stereo facilities closer to home, I could not find anyone who would spend time to explain and then get the job done with no hassles. Nick is a great guy, easy to work with, and a super technician. If you want the job done right, this is the place for you!

I had real bad luck with other techs putting a system within my budget and innovative concepts was recommended and it has been the best thing that I’ve had taking time to put together a system that’s in my budget and that sounds awesome and I’ve done the same that I have recommended to others as well. He is the one of a kind the best in his work 100%.

Awesome work! Super friendly customer service, very accommodating, & well worth the money for the work provided. Will only have him do installation on my cars or families.
