Have used them on a few occasions. Excellent customer service. Always knowledgeable & courteous. Prices very fair. Recently went in with a non-booting computer and Jon discovered a loose screw-- which he fixed within minutes as a courtesy. Will definitely continue to bring them my business.

Intrex Computers should be the first place you contact, whether it's for service/repairs or shopping. Staffed by knowledgeable specialists, they were able to completely fix my computer and I haven't had an issue since. Best of all, the work was very affordable. I'm not one to write reviews, but I was very impressed and would easily recommend Intrex to anyone having computer issues or just want to learn more about computers in general.

These guys are great. I had a minor problem with my CPU. They took care of it for me on the spot and didn't make me feel stupid about it. They were friendly and professional, and even gave me some tips to help my PC run faster. Plus, they recommended cost-saving steps so that I could take care of problems myself. This isn't the first time they have been so helpful, either. I will always use Intrex in Winston-Salem.

They did very good on my Asus gaming laptop. And they stay open tell I got there. Traffic was very bad tonight. But I’m happy with the work they did. I’m glad They got my laptop back up and running again. Everyone is very friendly to.
