Triad PC Repair of Lexington Inc.

I went there a couple days ago to get both my laptops fixed, and Amy and her husband went above and beyond to get the work done. Service was excellent, they are very professional, work was done in no time. I highly recommend them to anyone. -Titus

Well it starts with getting a good deal on a computer with a 6-month service warranty. To be fair the computer was used, and after a few days I notice I was having problems with the sound and headsets. I took it back to their shop and it was decided they would buy some new headsets, great problem solved. A week or so later I found I could not insert disks. Again, the computer was examined and I was told to make all the problems go away I would need a new mother board. Having had mother broad problems in the past with another computer (from another business) I had some idea what was going on; I never thought the problem would be that serious, and had second thoughts about the 6-month warranty and if it would be fulfilled or would there be some reason to add on some other cost. But it happens, I feel great about everything and would like to add that I did not just start dealing with Triad; I've been dealing with them for a number of years and I am committed to work with them and greatly appreciate they are committed to work with me and will be committed to working with you because that's the way they do business.

Great service and ahead of time! Had defective power port on laptop. First sent an email through their website and Conrad promptly responded that he could repair my laptop and gave a fixed cost, with projected repair time. A few days later I took my laptop into their shop and they promptly checked it our and indicated that a part needed to be ordered but would have it in and laptop fixed the next day. I live about 40 minutes away and proceeded to run another errand in Salisbury. Just as I was about to leave Salisbury, I got a call from Amy stating that they found a part on site and my laptop was fixed. They were able to get the job done in less than 3 hours and saved me another trip to Lexington. Outstanding!!

The charging port on my son's Dell laptop was broken. My husband brought it in to Triad PC Repair. He received great customer service from very friendly and knowledgeable people. Unfortunately...the charging port has broken again 2 more times...in which they fixed under warranty even though I feel like it is a faulty Dell product. Would not recommend another Dell...but would highly recommend Triad PC Repair to everyone!!! They are great!!
