First and foremost, the service was exceptional and the guy attending me was really informative, friendly, and helpful... However, after buying the part I wanted for my custom tower - I decided to skip out installing it myself in order to guarantee a clean/neat installation without me investing the time it would take... When I picked it up, it was installed correctly and worked fine, but the wires were not put behind the back plate as we had discussed when I left the PC. I had explained that I didn't want to do it myself specifically for that reason and was guaranteed it would be done. Despite my unhappiness with the workmanship, I decided to simply pay and do my own work in the future.
If you need advice and affordable parts, this place is a great choice, but if you have the saavy to do your own installations - I would go that route instead. If you don't know how to install things yourself or have a closed tower where sloppy work won't be noticed, then these guys are cheap and do get the job done quickly.

Usually have good experiences at Intrex. Just got back from a trip to the High Point store off Samet. Went in because I saw a product listed on their website. Found product was not available. Gentleman behind the counter said that it was listed on the website because they still have one, but it is in RMA. Not sure why it would be listed if I cannot buy it. Next step up of that product is MUCH more expensive. Inquired on that one, and he said it was a certain price. I went to the product and it had a lower price on the tag on the shelf for it than what it said (they must have marked it up recently). He said he would honor the price on the tag. I get to the counter, and he then would not honor our company discount because he is honoring the price they messed up on. He said he would be taking a loss if he did that. Here is some advice...Sometimes you take a loss when you mess up...it's business. The jist is that I went for one product..found they have it listed when you can't buy it, then would not have our company discount honored on the more expensive version because they forgot to change the price tag when they marked it up.

I had purchased a new monitor and could not get it to work. David, at the Battleground Ave. store, replaced video card and in short time, my new widescreen monitor is working perfectly. The work was done while I waited and at reasonable cost. They do excellent work and recommend them for hands-on computer service.

What a fantastic PC repair shop, the techs spent hours working on my Win 7 PC, yet we're unsuccessful; however, I was only charged for their "bench rate" a reasonable amount. Then once I arrived home my Win 10 PC was giving me problems, and I called and spoke with Victor, the tech who had worked on my PC. We spent over 2 hours on the phone, attempting various fix it, intrex again, no charge. Additionally, all their work is covered by a 30 day guarantee, which I have used several times, again, NO CHARGE. I have nothing but the best interaction with intrex AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY PC OWNER HAVING ISSUES. THANK YOU INTREX. SINCERELY, MIKE B. of High Point.
