Coretek Computers

Purchased a used iMac from them in Oct. of 2017 computer stopped working completely Feb. 2018. 4mos. Guys were nice, but offered me NO recourse. Wouldn't let me send it in for Service. Will not purchase from them again.

I went in to try and see if they'd buy my projector one day, so the sales associate goes to the back and asks the higher ups... Needless to say I heard, "HOW MUCH FOR THAT? IMAGINE IF I PAID FOR THAT!", along with a loud, non-empathetic, laughter... The associate knew I heard, all he could do was look at me, nod and tell me its okay and helped me carry my things to my car... The Management needs to have a heart like the Associates in the front. Rude people lose service... Other than that, everything's pretty discounted there. No complaints on that half.

Our computer obtained a really bad virus where we couldn't do a single thing on it. We run our business off this computer. I called them and they asked me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. It only took them one day to correct the problem and have me back in business the very next day. I had also asked for a cord to connect my printer and they threw that in for me also. They exceeded my expectations by far. Thank you Coretek!

These people are great. They go way out of they way to help their customers. I ordered a computer from them with a 3-5 day delivery. Turned out that this was not fast enough because I was leaving the country. They got the computer to me the next day at no extra charge. WOW!
