I can't ever say enough good things about these guys. Matthew is intelligent and always has the answers. Prices are reasonable and lead times are always fantastic also. He has built multiple computers for me over the years and I have never once had a single complaint about his new builds or his service work. Flawless company that I will continue to use.

What began as a minor issue, quickly escalated into a major issue. Thanks to All Tech, all is now well. Slightly more than 1 year old laptop purchased at Best Buy began running very slow, and crashing. Could re-boot it, and it seemed to run fine for several days. Then suddenly it would no longer boot into Windows 10. Took it to Best Buy Geek Squad. Explained to the tech there what was happening, and he determined the hard disk drive had failed. Laptop is out of warranty. Said they could install a new hard disk drive and reload Windows. Cost would be around $275.00. I asked how about my files. He said we can't do data recovery, and it's probably already gone. He asked me if I had a back-up of my files, and I did not. I then asked him if he knew of a local computer store that could help me. He said All Tech is the only place he recommends for major computer repair. Took it to All Tech and explained the problem. The person that waited on me confirmed that it sounds as if the hard disk drive had failed, and there is a good chance they could retrieve the data. He then explained to me if they install a new solid state hard disk drive that my laptop would be many times faster than now, re-install Windows 10, and recover my data for approximately $250.00. Which was less than what Best Buy wanted just to install the hard disk drive and load Windows 10. I agreed to let All Tech do this repair. The very next day I got a call from All Tech saying my laptop was ready, and they did indeed retrieve my data, re-installed Microsoft Office, installed Anti-Virus, installed all Windows updates, and have my email setup. The only thing that I may have to do when I got it home was to run my printer install DVD. Went buy picked it up, got home, put the printer DVD in, installed the printer. My laptop is running faster then when new, and all my files are there. If I could rate All Tech a 10, I would...

This is the place to go if you're in need of PC repair or help and you're in the Hickory area! Took my PC in today due to audio problems. I met Mark. He took my PC right away and figured out/repaired the problem in 15 minutes! All the while he was totally professional and courteous. My PC is a bit old and if I have any problems in the future, Alltech will be the first place I'll call!!! Check them out!!!

My laptop was running sluggish and had many random pop-ups. I assumed I had a virus or spyware that Norton wasn't able to fix. Kevin at All Tech worked his magic and had my computer back to me in 1 day and it runs great. He did recommend an upgraded hard drive, but took the time to explain in detail why this would improve my performance and even gave me other options. I compared prices to the big box store and was very satisfied with the overall repair cost and rapid turn around. Kevin took the time to explain what he had done as well as provided software and advice to keep the laptop running smoothly in the future. I would highly recommend All Tech's services and will use them in the future.
