Best Buy

I bought a new laptop. Paid $80 to have my documents and Outlook contacts brought over. Made a written list of exactly what I needed. Wasn't worth $40. My contacts were not brought over. All of my documents, photos, and downloads were in a back up file which I had no idea what to do with. Spent close to 4 hours on the phone with Geek Squad after I got home getting done what I had paid $80 for. What a rip off.

They have some nice products in this store. I looked at a number of items from Apple to tv’s to receivers and speakers. I was there over thirty minutes and the only person who spoke to me was the door greeter. Of all the times I have been in this store, only a few times has anyone asked to help me. Look at it in person and order it online from somewhere else.

Average Best Buy. I can't count how many times I go in and leave without ever buying anything. Usually I cannot get assistance from an associate so I stand around looking until I get aggravated and go home to order online. The only consistent employee presence I see is the security at the door which for some reason makes me feel like a criminal...just not comfortable!

Well organized and easy to find the general area for what you are looking for. Not so easy to find someone to assist you.

Terrible. We ordered pieces from here, only to have one not delivered (not, it wasn't on backorder), one damaged, and damage done to our floors. No one at Best Buy seems accountable or willing to help. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
