Best Buy

Today I was stoped by the “security” personnel from making business with this place, just because I had my road bike with me. I was not leaving a $700+ bike outside, and I couldn’t even leave it near the entrance. Incredible!! The store manager also neglected me from proceeding in and making business instead of doing what a proper trained manager would and find an alternate option for me to purchase the item I required. Instead of hearing me out he just plainly declined to assist me. So much for customer service for someone trying to make business. Yet ignorance is bliss. After stepping out I will give credit to the “security” gentleman for at least finding an alternative for me to make my purchase, and for that I am at least grateful. Yet the managers tunnel vision and ignorance to provide an adequate solution is still unbelievable. Perhaps don’t comment on how nice my bike is and help the customer out. Cheers!

I don't know how they are even in business still. I was shopping around for a gaming headset bought one and didn't like it so I returned it. I wanted to try others on but they failed to have a display set up. I asked an employee if I could open the box to see if they feel comfortable before going home and not liking and having to do this process over. He said No and told me I have to buy them to try them. Lame!

Very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient. The staff took the time to explain the TV's to me so that I could make an informed purchase. Love this store.

Hands on electronics stores are soooo necessary. Can't always get the full effect with online only purchases. The expert up to date advise of the knowledgeable staff at each store is unmatched ANYWHERE else.
