Best Buy

In a world where retail stores seem to come and go, I am glad to still find good help at Best Buy! I encountered a knowledgeable sales team that helped with my new TV purchase! I was very happy that they did not pressure me into anything I did not need or want like sales people at most of the other retailers that have closed. Product knowledge and friendly staff will keep me coming back!

Very convenient location. They stock a good variety of brands and a good selection within departments from appliances to technology-based items and game systems. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Geek Squad service has a surprisingly short turnover time for completion.

Bought a first gen Google pixel and was looking for a case. Since the phone is a tad old, finding accessories was a task. A guy in electronics pointed me to Verizon said I'd have better luck there and he was right. I realize it's not really a review of best buy, but I like employees that get creative with a solution to your search as that guy did.

The service was excellent. The young man that helped with a new computer listened and sold us what we needed. He didn't push for an up sale. The young man who rang us up was very friendly and helpful. Best experience ever at Best Buy.

Had some issues with my card because I don't have my married name on it but my license does. The cashier cut her light off and spent the next 15 minutes or more calling the bank and helping to get everything straightened out for me. And the gentleman who helped me with my printer choice was extremely courteous and helpful. Love our Winston Salem branch!
