Best Buy

I like going to Best Buy off Stanley Rd. because it is clean, well put together and they now have dedicated staff for each department. I bought our last cell phones from there instead of from Verizon because they were offering a deal that was too hard to pass up. Usually I am a surgical shopper, I go in get what I need and get out but I like to look around Best Buy to see what new products or new deals they have.

I was just browsing today as I will have to update both my desktop and laptop computers in the near future. Staff helpful and ready to answe any of my questions. Made notes on 3 desktop and 4 laptop computers I am interested in but need to do some research. Best Buy lists the number of customer reviews for each item and then the average of all reviews. I like to go online and read the reviews, especially any low reviews as I have found that a big help in making a decision. And they have a great Geek Squad if you have issues after the purchase!

The gentleman that assisted me at the 2nd location was very nice and helpful. I was looking for a DVD storage case. After going to one location, and being told they no carry DVD storage, try to find something online. After leaving, I looked online and saw that there were still several stores that had it in stock. So this guy couldn't be bothered to see if any other stores in the area currently had it in stock! I did manage to get that info myself, and went to a store that was much more helpful.

The store was clean and they had a great selection. The prices seemed fair and comparable to Amazon as well. My only complaint is that you won't be left alone when you just want to browse. Over the course of an hour I probably had 7 or 8 people ask me if I needed help. Some may prefer this, but I just wanted to look at computers on my own.

I am very happy with this store and Staff. Always Helpful. Some of them are not knowledgeable but they will call the right person if they don't know about product. You can always see the store manager if you have any concerns. Unlike the price match option. You can Mach with Amazon are any website they will match price . You have cheek online before you make your purchase . Think smart ...
