Best Buy

Try and contact someone in the store on Saturday about 12:30 to 1PM--by phone. Impossible. You listen to music for 30 minutes. Nobody home to answer the phone. No way to contact the manager. Best Buy, tell me again why I should by a $3,500 TV from you.

The floor team members are always on point and eager, the desk team is cheerful and helpful but exchanging mail order items is tricky, some staff are unsure how to order a replacement to the store for pickup and you may need to call customer service. But great service, they'll really try at all times for professional above and beyond service and satisfaction. I did end up with an exchange through mail at the same sale price and original free shipping (My black Friday order arrived broken but they got me a new one right away).

Initial contact with sales representative was nice and asked to assist. We had questions and they provided the answers. After finally making a decision to purchase an item, no sales representative was to be found. We had to walk all the way to the customer service desk / check out and they had to call someone to help us.

Came in early at opening to get a new phone. 5 of them there at the mobile section. They put me in the computer and told me to wait. Waited for 40 minutes, no other customers, they stand around chatting. I just left.

This is the store I use most often. They have a broad selection, keep the store clean, helpful staff (if a bit under-trained on tech) and I've always been able to get in and out quickly without big delays. What more can I ask?
