Best Buy

Set up online a Vehicle Remote start system. Arrived on time and the 2 gentlemen working the geek squad bay greeted me immediately. They did a great job explaining the process and helped me find the device needed for my vehicle. But they did not have it in stock. Drove to another store picked it up and they had it on within an hour of me getting back. They were super respectful and did an awesome job. Wife is very happy and this is by far my favorite best buy store. The enployees seem to want to actually help you vs make a commission from you.

Just looking for some new speakers for home theater. Staff not pushy, but did ask if wife and I needed help. Overall I like this store and they price match amazon for most items which is nice.

Went in to exchange a watch under a 2 year warranty. Both ladies that worked behind the customer service desk were super friendly and more than helpful. A store associate also helped us with a few questions about watches. Everyone was professional and friendly. Will be the only Best Buy ill go to from now on!

Honestly best buy has build this very friendly customer service, staff is always smiling and attentive to their customers. I was asked 4 times if I needed any help and every single one of them were so polite. I bought a macbook pro there and Alex (best buy employee) help me the whole way even gave me some advice in choosing the right computer for me.

Very knowledgeable team. I was there to purchase a new tablet. We went through a checklist of mu needs and i walked out with a new Samsung s3. I love it. I would have given them a 5, but there were no covers in stock
