Best Buy Outlet Store

What an amazing idea from a wonderful company!!! This place rocks! Staff is super knowledgeable and doesn’t try to up sell you at all. I’ve bought a couple things from here since it became an outlet and they work perfectly with just a couple dings. They stand strong by when they say they promise it’ll work or they’ll try to get you one that will. Since it’s an outlet they can’t just make a new one appear out of no where. Seriously recommend this place!

Went looking for a 55' television. Really skeptical of the open boxes but the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are exceptional which is part of the draw to begin with. I'll get back to you after the tv is mounted on the wall.

Went there today to buy a fridge and couldn’t have had a better experience. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped us. He was fantastic and helped us get an amazing deal! Like 60% off MRP for a brand new LG fridge (only a small dent on the side, probably from a past delivery.) I will come back here for all my appliance needs!

I was not aware this place existed until one of the Sales Rep in BB Crabtree mentioned it. I visited the store prior to committing to another purchase at a much more higher price. I'm glad I did as I ended up saving over $300 from what I was willing to pay, and about $1200 from MSRP. Don't expect this to be your typical BB store where everything is laid-out accordingly; though they tried to sort things out by category at least. 5*'s because of the selection they had - I went in Friday just right before noon, practically opened up where the selection is still fresh. The staff is small as expected and you pretty much have to help yourself and check out the appliances. Grab the price sticker and off you go and pay for it. The staff here was very nice to deal with even though they were short staffed. Overall, the experience is great and the savings was a huge factor. Check it out before you visit any other stores esp if you are OK w/ random dings/dents/scratches.
