Better experience than I had expected at Best Buy. Seems like they have made some changes in there products for the better. I saw they had higher end products in the electronics, appliances and audio. I bought a beverage fridge for my brewery, and saved a few bucks on it. I also talked to a couple employees in the home audio area that were helpful and seemed to know their stuff. I will be back.

The weekend service over Memorial Day (Sat) was terrible. We were made to wait while the staff finished having a conversation instead of helping us. The main kid serving meats that day then had the nerve, rudely, to ask me if I'm ready to order? This after my staring at him, waiting for a pulse, which seemed like 5 mins. (prob only 2). The guy behind us walked out as he had enough as well. After conveying my first order, the same kid continued talking to his colleagues instead of showing ANY sense of urgency, so we then proceeded to walk out too, greeted by a "Good" comment received from the same JV staff member.
In fairness, this does not reflect on the food because we never ate and it was our choice to leave. Based on what we experienced with the immature help, we won't be back either.
I hope the owner gets a glimpse of the service would-be customers are receiving there. There are too many options for BBQ in this area to not waste time with thoughtless, immature employees.

Most of the time, I walk in and there's nothing on any good sale over what you can buy online. Trying to get help when I need it is like pulling teeth. The sales people tend to know less about their products than I do. They're either really busy, which is fine and understandable they won't be as responsive, but the same applies when they're not busy at all.

Had to come back for the proper power converter. The 2nd visit a cute guy with blue hair helped me and got the perfect converter first try! He even tested it to make sure it was the right one, 4 stars only because all employees should be as knowledgeable or at least send you to the right person.

I came in to look at one of two opened box laptops listed online for a great price. To my surprise having scene that they were both in stock at this store online, they were in fact not in stock in store. Finding this hard to believe, (call it wishful thinking) I went to the customer service counter and asked about it. The assitant manager was very helpful and explained that the systems aren't always insync, which I had the impression of given the circumstances. Long story short, he asked another sales associate to assist with locating a comparable laptop in my price range. I purchased a brand new laptop and they worked with me on the price given the circumstances. Best customer service experience at Best Buy ever.
