It's a Best Buy. Good selection of electronics and staff are extremely knowledgeable about technology. I went in for headphones and employees were very helpful and accommodating. I saw a pair I liked but I didn't think they would fit so they allowed me to take them out of the box and try them on. They didn't fit and they didn't stress about me not buying them.

Employees were great! One tried to ask my mom for me to buy a new computer. She still said no but damn I need more support like that in my life lmaoo. Great place bc it's best buy, but the workers there make it an even more enjoyable visit!

New layout is much better grouped by the maker, Google, Apple and so on. Great help yesterday with a replacement charger. Clean, plenty of parking.

I needed a charger for my laptop. Brought my computer to BestBuy and was advised by one of their Consultants on a charger to buy. Unfortunately, the charger would not add charge to my battery, so I had to buy one from Dell and brought my BestBuy purchase back for a return. However, I was unaware that their return policy is a strict 15-day policy. Because I was outside that window they refused to take back their defective product. I even asked to speak with a manager who verified that he is allowed to extend the return period, but wouldn't. This was an unbelievably frustrating experience resulting in my being stuck with a $50 defective charger -- I want everybody to be aware of the very narrow, very rigid return policy and their unwillingness to make accommodations.
